I was raised in a family of doctors, sparking my early interest in health. After graduating as a Clinical Nutritionist in 2008, I realized the importance of mental and emotional well-being, leading me to Ayurveda in 2009. My journey deepened in 2014 with specialized training in Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle in Kerala, India. Alongside, I began practicing Ashtanga yoga, earning my teaching certification in 2017. My holistic approach integrates these disciplines to guide my students towards balance and self-care. Specializing further in Microbiome, Digestive, and Gut Health, I emphasize the link between digestion and mental well-being. Becoming a mother in 2021 inspired me to support other mothers through “Yoga.permamma,” focusing on prenatal and postpartum yoga. Joining Ela Roots aligns with my mission to help others find their unique path to happiness and well-being.

After your session, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with your teacher, discuss your experience, and plan any follow-up sessions to continue your journey towards well-being.

In this 90 minute session I will guide you to listen and connect to your body and mind to reveal how you often feel and to discover which healthy habits you can include in your daily life to improve your wellbeing. Remember you are your own healer.
You will get a personalized nutrition program and yoga sequence guideline based on science and ayurvedic principles to improve your digestive and gut health and therefore your mental, physical and emotional state.

Yoga Mamma
Online and in person
A sacred space dedicated to take care of mothers holistic wellbeing through nutrition, ayurveda, yoga and mindfulness practices.
Mama will receive a personalized nutrition and yoga sequence guideline according of the trimester of pregnancy, post partum, breastfeeding, c-section or any other particular situation she is going through
